Queen Mother Dr. Delois Blakely was there at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly (GA) Hall on August 10, 2012 for the historic launching of World Humanitarian Day (August 19, 2012). As Community Mayor of Harlem and Ambassador of Goodwill to Africa, Queen Mother presented a single rose to each woman as a symbol of support and endorsement for this noble moment. The rose presentation represents the embracement of the Divine Family in poverty and disaster worldly and for those in need of Human Resources and Financial Assistance.
Above and beyond Beyonce’s “I Was Here” premiere, Queen Mother was especially pleased to witness the UN GA Hall packed with youth from around the world as New Future Foundation, Inc youth joined the campaign to inspire people worldwide to do something good, no matter how big or small for someone else. In light of this campaign, Queen Mother calls on everyone to “Make This World a Better Place” for future generations.

WHEN: Thursday, December 15, 2011. 10:00 am.

WHERE: SUPREME COURT
60 Centre Street Room 321, Part 44
The Honorable Milton A. Tingling, Judge

Regarding this case, Judge Tingling said, “From the time that I perused peripherally the foreclosure action I have been disturbed, perturbed and most of all mystified as to how any person, any entity, could loan this building, this corporation, the amount of money ($650,000) that it did with a rent roll that wouldn’t pay the interest on that loan. And, that is not an issue that’s going to die with the motion for summary judgment.”

In this case, there are instances and indications of fraud and unlawful activity between board members and others. There is improper execution of documents; individuals who signed off on this mortgage who had no authority to do so. Documents supporting the authority to enter into a mortgage have been proven to be a fraud. Finally, the “Attorney” at the closing turned out not to be an attorney, but somebody who was currently under indictment in at least one county of New York City for the unlawful practice of law {please see below article for more information}

Queen Mother Dr. Delois Blakely is in dire need of pro bono attorneys, laws students, investigative reporters, and financial contributions to sustain her efforts to preserve and protect this 30 year legacy of low-income housing. She has done most of this work pro se since 2007 and has exhausted her resources. She asks God to continue in ordering her steps as she goes through this harrowing judicial process.
